However, from our research, all services with bilingual guides were guaranteed. Still, there were some transfers in your itinerary that did not include a guide, only a Portuguese-speaking driver, as specified in your itinerary, which may have caused some confusion. In any case, if this was not the situation, we apologize for the inconvenience, and I assure you that we are always attentive to providing high-quality and excellent service for our travelers. We also always request that any inconvenience be reported at the destination so that we have sufficient time to resolve the situation. Camille was lovely and helpful with suggestions. Our guides were all fantastic and so helpful and knowledgeable. We did have some struggles with having things booked in a timely manner and making adjustments. There were also some miscommunication around our needs for bookings but due to our time differences communication was tricky. We would have also preferred a breakdown on each specific item on our itinerary but we were running out of time due to the issues mentioned above.

These relationships help us clear wait lists for our travelers and make sure that they are given the best consideration and service.
