Camille was lovely and helpful with suggestions. Our guides were all fantastic and so helpful and knowledgeable. We did have some struggles with having things booked in a timely manner and making adjustments. There were also some miscommunication around our needs for bookings but due to our time differences communication was tricky. We would have also preferred a breakdown on each specific item on our itinerary but we were running out of time due to the issues mentioned above.

Anyway, I'm super happy that you had such a good experience with our guides while traveling in Brazil!About breakdown prices, as I probably explained to you, I super understand that it would be a good thing for you, but it is difficult for us as our contract rates stipulate that these negotiated rates are kept confidential and may only be offered as part of a trip package and violating this can lead to a termination of the contract, and worse, damage the strong, long-standing relationships we have with our favorite, most trusted partners. These relationships help us clear wait lists for our travelers and make sure that they are given the best consideration and service.
